Whichever payment schedule you’re set up for, depending on your bank it may take a few days from when we send your payment for it to arrive in your account. To check or change your payment schedule, log in to the extranet, click on ‘Finance’ and then click on ‘Getting paid’.

Unfortunately, delinquent accounts may be reported even when regular, timely payments are not. So it’s important to pay on time even if you don’t see the account on your credit report.
